Nicole is the absolute best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I started training with her promptly after I was cleared by my OB-GYN after giving birth. Nicole’s unique training methodology helped me be back in shape in no time, in an intentional way. When we met for the first session, I could not do one push-up even with knees down, and in two months, I was able to do 10, with knees off the floor and great form! She is fun, creative, educated and super informed and makes working out feel enjoyable! I wouldn’t work with anyone else!

Nicole is a fantastic trainer - you can tell she really thinks about her clients' personal needs and always comes prepared with a customized workout for them. As someone who hates going to the gym, I've found Nicole to be amazing at keeping me engaged and challenged in each session. I came to her looking to get in shape postpartum, and I can see and feel results in just a few months. She's also been really flexible around my schedule and needs juggling childcare and work. I've been training with Dashcore fitness for about three months now and absolutely love our sessions! Nicole is a great personal trainer. In the past I've worked with personal trainers who would just "wing" our sessions, this is not the case with Nicole! You can tell she takes time before each session to plan our workouts. I'm always sore in a good way after our sessions. She's extremely flexible with scheduling and location. I was lucky to find her in time for bathing suit season!! Oh and she has very competitive pricing for NYC!

I have been working with Nicole at Dashcore for a year now, and have had such a wonderful experience so far. Nicole tailors each session to my needs and abilities, making our weekly hour together both tough and fun. I found Nicole because I was looking for someone to motivate me and coach me on strength training, and she has done both, helping me get comfortable with a wide range of exercises and pushing me to try new things. Nicole has particular expertise with postpartum moms, and I found her really helpful to get back into fitness after a couple of chaotic years with young kids. Could not recommend her more highly!

Working out with Nicole is so motivating by her personal one on one instruction to carefully do each exercise with true form to avoid injury but most importantly gain strong core. Each session she switches up the training sessions up to challenge myself and learn multi exercises to achieve form and tone. Sessions go by so quickly you want longer .
