Hi, I’m Bradley Blumenthal — a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from Westchester, New York.
Fitness and sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing football and baseball in high school, and that early love for movement and competition laid the foundation for what would become my career. I went on to earn my degree from the University of Rhode Island and have since coached athletes at Brown University, Manhattanville College, and now as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at NYU.
Whether you’re training for sport, looking to gain strength, or just want to feel more confident in your body, I create tailored, science-backed programs to help you perform at your best. My goal is to help you train smarter, stay consistent, and build real, sustainable progress.
When I’m not coaching or training, I’m probably watching football or baseball — I’m a lifelong Dallas Cowboys and New York Mets fan

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Hi! I’m Izzy Hastings — a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms). After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I moved to NYC, where I’ve designed programs for marathon runners, new and expecting mothers, powerlifters, and everyone in between. My approach to training is all about meeting your body where it’s at. I focus on adjusting movement and style to support your unique anatomy without risking injury. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I’m here to help you accomplish goals of all shapes and sizes, while having fun along the way! My goal is for you to look forward to each session and leave feeling more confident, capable, and pain-free, both in your workouts and your daily life. Inside the gym, you can usually find me with a kettlebell in hand or running through a mobility series. Outside of the gym, you’ll probably find me at a hospital, as I’m currently on the path to medical school!
