Kid and Teen Training- We offer all types of fitness programs for kids and teens- yoga, sport performance, strength training, and more. We make sure each session is fun and energetic to keep your child or teen engaged and motivated. Training can be 1:1 or in a small group setting either at a location of your choice or in one of ours.
We will work with your HSA and/or Insurance to help you get reimbursed for our services! Fitness Is health. Training is healthcare.
