PERSONAL TRAINING

1:1 In-person Personal Training–  Meet with one of our experienced trainers who will give you a movement assessment and create a training plan according to your current fitness level, goals, and preferences. A typical session will include cardio, stretching, and resistance training, and runs about an hour long.   Depending on your needs, we may also include balance training, flexibility, and sport performance.  Multiple locations available or we can come to you.

Small Group Personal Training- Have a friend? Or two? Or three? Bring them along! We can offer small group training for 4 participants in your home, home gym, or at one of our facilities.
